Hi, I’m Natalie Russell — a long-time insurance professional and proud Arkansas resident. I’ve been licensed since 1992 and have spent over 30 years in the insurance industry. My journey has taken me across the beautiful state of Arkansas as a company rep, where I built meaningful relationships with agents and clients alike. I’ve worked in just about every role you can imagine — from janitor to CSR to agency owner — and each experience shaped the way I serve people today.

After years working for others, I opened Arkansas Healthcare Insurance, where I focus on helping individuals and families understand their health and Medicare insurance options. I believe education is just as important as enrollment — and I genuinely love making insurance feel less overwhelming (yes, I’m kind of an insurance nerd).

My husband, Andy, and I live in Hot Springs — his hometown — with our youngest son, who attends high school locally. We moved here in 2018 and love being part of this community. We’re active in our church, local events, and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce. We also enjoy visiting our adult children, who now live in Arkansas and Texas.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cheering at a school sports event, dancing with my husband, traveling, listening to music, getting a workout in, attending church, or watching our boxer, Moonpie, get thoroughly spoiled by Andy. Life stays full — and I’m grateful for the chance to do work I love while helping others navigate some of life’s most important decisions.
